Under the fierce competition environment,employees of enterprises are facing heavy work stress.However,heavy work stress will induce employees' turnover intention.In order to alleviate the influence of work stress on turnover intention,this paper puts forward the hypothesis that employee's feeling trusted can moderate the relationship between work stress and turnover intention on the basis of combing the relevant literature.By using the method of questionnaire and hierarchical regression analyses,this paper takes accountants as the research object and verifies the moderating effect on the basis of proving the relationship between work stress and turnover intention of accountants.It is hoped that managers can reduce the voluntary turnover of accountants.Through statistical analysis of the survey data,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)This paper concludes that accountants' work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention through correlation analysis and regression analysis.(2)By examining the adjusting variables,we can see that employee's feeling trusted moderates the relationship between work stress and turnover intention.Moreover,the higher the degree of being trusted,the slower the positive predictive effect of work stress on turnover intention.Otherwise,the result is the opposite.(3)Through the analysis of variance,it can be obtained that demographic variables have some influence on accountants' work stress.
