Study On The Problems Of Urban And Rural Integration In Zhongmu County And Countermeasures

For a long time,the urban-rural issue has always been an important issue for the party Central Committee to govern the country.In the context of the new era,the Party Central Committee first proposed the “Implementation Strategy for Rural Revitalization” in the report of the 19 th National Congress.The integration of urban and rural development is an important path to achieve rural revitalization.As far as China’s current national conditions are concerned,county economy as a link between urban and rural integration is also an important basis for urban-rural integration.This paper takes the urban-rural integration development of Zhongmu County,Henan Province as the research object,and addresses the main problems and difficulties in the integration of urban and rural development in Zhongmu County.It proposes relevant countermeasures and provides some reference for the urban-rural integration of Zhongmu County,which has certain practical significance.By combing and studying domestic and foreign literatures on urban-rural integration,this paper uses literature analysis,investigation and research methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods to integrate urban and rural spatial integration,industrial integration,public service integration and ecological civilization in Zhongmu County.The status quo is conducting field research.It is found that there are mainly asymmetry in the urbanrural integration of urban and rural development in Zhongmu County,the urban and rural industrial structure is still unreasonable,the integration of urban and rural public services is to be improved,and the urban and rural ecological governance is not correct.It also analyzes the mature forms of urban and rural integration between the United States and Japan,and summarizes relevant experiences applicable to the integration of urban and rural development in Zhongmu County.Subsequently,it promoted the two-way circulation of factor resources,accelerated the construction of urban and rural industrial systems,improved the urban and rural public service system,and strengthened urban and rural ecological governance to propose measures to promote the integration of urban and rural areas in Zhongmu County.Finally,the research of this paper is summarized and forecasted,and the deficiencies in this paper can be continuously improved through future research.There are two possible innovations in this paper: First,a systematic study on the urbanrural integration of Zhongmu County.This paper is based on the field investigation of urbanrural integration development in Zhongmu County,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of urban-rural integration in Zhongmu County,and enriches the current urban and rural areas in Zhongmu County.Research on integrated development.The second is to summarize the specific integration of urban-rural integration by studying the related concepts of urban-rural integration.The author summarizes the spatial integration of urban and rural areas,the integration of urban and rural industries,the integration of urban and rural public services,and urban and rural ecology by reading through the literature and drawing on the articles of authoritative scholars.The four aspects of civilization integration reflect the reality of urban-rural integration in Zhongmu County.
