Promoting quality and agricultural development strategies and implementing quality improvement actions are of great significance for ensuring the safety of agricultural products,accelerating the transformation of agricultural development methods,and promoting the development of modern agriculture.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee repeatedly proposes to adhere to the quality of agriculture,comprehensively improving the quality of agricultural products and food safety,and accelerates the transformation of China from a large agricultural country to the strong one.As the core development zone of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,Jiyuan City is the “National Pollution-free Agricultural Products Signing and Promotion Model City”,the “Provincial Agricultural Product Production Record and Packaging Labeling Pilot” and the “National Supervision and Demonstration City”,which is determined by the Ministry of Agriculture.Advancing the quality of agriculture and carrying out in-depth research and analysis has typical significance and application value.In order to deeply study the situation of promoting the quality of agriculture in Jiyuan City,this paper uses literature research method,investigation research method and case analysis method and other research methods and economic growth quality theory,total quality management theory,"international diamond" model theory,new development.Concepts and other relevant theoretical foundations,analyze and sort out the development of quality agriculture in Jiyuan City,and master the realistic foundation of quality and agricultural development in Jiyuan City,including the steady development of major agricultural products and output value,the continuous improvement of agricultural infrastructure,and the new type of Jiyuan City.The main body of agricultural operations continued to increase,the income of rural residents in Jiyuan City increased steadily,and the status quo of Jiyuan City's promotion of green development,quality standards,agricultural science and technology,quality traceability and supervision ability.According to the relevant data collected and collected by the field research,it is found that there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of promoting quality and agriculture in Jiyuan City.For example,the farmersdo not know the quality of agriculture,the lack of protection of the production environment,and the production standards of agricultural products.Incomplete,lack of intelligent agricultural equipment,inadequate supervision and traceability system,etc.,the causes of these problems are quality,agricultural propaganda and training methods are outdated,excessive use of fertilizers and fertilizers,unused agricultural waste,low degree of organization of farmers,lack of brand awareness Systematic,insufficient investment in science and technology,and supervision and traceability systems are not fully covered.We should also work hard to improve quality awareness,control source pollution,enforce standard production,enhance brand value,strengthen scientific and technological support,and improve traceability supervision.The innovations in this paper are mainly reflected in two aspects: one is to scientifically define the connotation of quality agriculture;the other is to carry out empirical comprehensive systematic investigation and research from the micro level through typical analysis.
