Farmers' professional co-operatives as new operators in the modern agricultural economy system,the financial management in the farmers' professional co-operatives play a key role in the economic development,financial management quality directly affects the farmers' professional cooperative economy development,grasp and analysis of the cooperative financial situation and management level of one of the common tools.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current financial management situation of farmers'professional cooperatives,this paper comprehensively evaluates the financial situation,economic effect and various risks of farmers' professional cooperatives,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the sound operation and healthy development of cooperatives.In this paper,using the method of literature analysis,case analysis and field research,and development of farmers' professional cooperatives financial management related literature at home and abroad,further illustrates the related concepts and theoretical basis,of the financial management of Li County farmers' professional co-operatives actual situation and the existing question for study in detail.On Li County 89 farmers cooperatives after the field investigation found that the governance mechanism,investment and financing,financial supervision and profit distribution and so on has carried on the investigation and analysis,discuss the problems of financial;The study found that Li County farmers' professional co-operatives general level of good financial management condition,but the financial management problems mainly focus on the question of governance mechanism,and carries on the thorough analysis.Based on Li County farmers' professional cooperatives financial management status quo of the research,this article has selected the NongKang grape professional cooperatives as a case,in the analysis of the case,first introduced the NongKang grape cooperative development situation,the financial performance indicators are used to analyze NongKang grape cooperative financial management problems,finally NongKang grape cooperatives is used to evaluate the problem of financial management.Problems found in this study and Suggestions for improving Li County farmers'professional cooperatives financial management level has very important practical significance,but also can promote Li County local economic development,promote rural GDP growth and achieve steady increase in rural incomes lead toward the people of the countryside well-off society,for building a harmonious Li County,rural income add brilliance.
