A Study On Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Alashan Left Banner Of Inner Mongolia

At present,our country is in the critical stage of overcoming poverty and uprooting villages.We are all faced with the difficulties of poverty,poverty and hardship.General Secretary Xi Jinping also stressed in the report of the Nineteenth Party Congress that"resolutely win the battle against poverty" and "make the building of a well-off society in an all-round way recognized by the people and stand the test of history".And building a well-off society in an all-round way has reached the decisive period.It will be a decisive battle to overcome poverty.By 2020,it will ensure that the poor people in rural areas will be lifted out of poverty,all poor counties will take off their hats and solve regional overall poverty.Among the various requirements for achieving precise poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation through industrial development is an important part of poverty alleviation work,and relying on the development of tourism industry plays an important role in ultimately achieving poverty alleviation.This paper chooses Alashan Left Banner in Inner Mongolia as the research object,and carries out a series of studies on the current situation of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into six parts,and studies the precise poverty alleviation of Alashan Left Banner in Inner Mongolia under the background of tourism development.The part Ⅰis to clarify the research background and the significance of topic selection,to sort out the research status at home and abroad,to determine the research direction of the paper,and to determine the object and research methods of the paper.The part Ⅱ:On the basis of combing the theoretical basis and concepts used in the paper,it analyses the relationship among tourism development,precision poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation,and further refines the understanding of concepts and logic by combing the conceptual basis.The part Ⅲ:On the basis of understanding the basic situation and poverty situation of Alashan Left Banner,data collection is carried out to investigate and analyze residents’perception effect of tourism poverty alleviation and participation of MOA model in tourism poverty alleviation.Part IV:Analyzing the current situation and existing problems of precise poverty alleviation in Azuo Banner under the background of tourism development,it is found that there are some problems in the process of implementing tourism poverty alleviation,such as insufficient compatibility between tourism and precise poverty alleviation,few and coarse opportunities for residents to participate in tourism poverty alleviation,low participation of residents,and constraints on residents’ability to participate in tourism poverty alleviation.The part V comprehensively analyses the current situation of tourism development,precise poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation in Alashan.Combining with the influencing factors of residents’participation in the MOA model,it puts forward to bring into play the growth pole effect of tourism industry,absorb regional resource elements,clarify the objects of tourism poverty alleviation assistance,play the basic role of other main bodies,enhance residents’ self-efficacy,develop various ways of participation,and enhance the level of tourism poverty alleviation.Suggestions on how to develop residents’self-efficacy and various ways of participation are put forward.
