On the basis of that, it uses the successful experience of agricultural products cold-chain logistics of the developed countries for reference, in combination with Chinese special conditions and circumstances, concludes the development countermeasures for Chinese agricultural products cold-chain logistics. The paper suggests that the government should increase the inputs for all aspects of agricultural products cold-chain logistics, including the training of professional technical person, the effective capital investment, the improvement and implementation of laws and regulations. The government should fully bring into play the role of macro-control, make the policies to promote the development of the agricultural products cold-chain logistics, devote to the training and education for agricultural products cold-chain logistics, foster the comprehensive talents which suit to the modern development trendcy. 3PL enterprises even 4PL enterprises can be used to promote agricultural products cold-chain logistics. At the same time, the paper puts forward some important ways and new methods for the development of Chinese agricultural products cold-chain logistics, put emphasis on the total plan of agricultural products cold-chain logistics, establish through-transport mechanism, finally form the integration mode of agricultural products cold-chain logistics and achieve common transport to imptove the efficiency of agricultural products cold-chain logistics, reduce the cost of management, then change the negative image of the foodstuff industry, shape the new image ----"health and green"of he foodstuff industry.
