Post-Project Evaluation Research Of Exhibition Project

In the past two decades,China's exhibition economy has developed rapidly,economic benefits have improved significantly,and the economic development of cities and regions has been promoted in many ways.The number of exhibition venues has increased year by year.For the various exhibition venues that carry exhibitions,they usually have the characteristics of large scale,high technical difficulty,long construction period and large investment.The whole construction process has many influencing factors.However,at present,many influential factors have not been judged in this research field,and a scientific post-evaluation system has not been established yet.This paper attempts to explore and study the introduction of various post-evaluation methods into the construction and operation of exhibition projects,focusing on the multiple screening of evaluation indicators,until a set of scientific post-evaluation system for exhibition projects is established,with a view to making science for existing exhibition projects.The evaluation has certain guiding significance for the follow-up construction of the exhibition.This paper starts from the research status at home and abroad,and sorts out the relevant theories and evaluation methods of post-evaluation.First,33 preliminary indicators were extracted through the literature,and then screening was performed by importance analysis,and 30 indicators were retained.Then through the factor analysis for the second screening,the two indicators were removed again.Finally,combined with case analysis,the final evaluation of the evaluation indicators and the construction of the evaluation index system.The empirical part takes the LD International Expo Center project as an example.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is combined with the expert scoring to analyze the weights of each evaluation index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the evaluation indicators of specific projects,and the overall project An objective evaluation and analysis was carried out,and several suggestions were given.Theoretical research and empirical analysis show that the post-evaluation index system of exhibition and construction project can be divided into four categories: post-construction evaluation,post-operation evaluation,post-evaluation of economic benefits and post-evaluation of social andenvironmental benefits and including 24 indicators.The evaluation results of LD International Expo Center are generally good,the construction process and social environmental benefits have been well controlled,and the management operations need to make up the short board.The economic benefit is to find ways to optimize and improve to meet the overall benefits of the project.In this paper,the research has a certain complementary effect on the post-evaluation research of the exhibition project,and established a scientific evaluation system,which can be applied to other current exhibition projects in China,especially the exhibition venues of the same scale,which have certain promotion significance.
