In the development of China's foreign trade,the export of textiles is the main component of the growth of foreign trade.The early textile export enterprises have always had strong competitiveness in the foreign trade market with the advantages of labor force base and manpower cost.In recent years,in the face of the gradual weakening of favorable advantages,the intensification of trade frictions and the continuous tightening of technical supervision,the traditional advantages of textile and clothing exports are disappearing,and they are still low in added value,backward in production technology,and insufficient in innovation capabilities.Moreover,the target customers of textile and clothing exports are very single.Countries such as the United States,the European Union,and Japan are the main importing customers of textiles and clothing in China.When the economic downturn or increased trade barriers in these countries and regions occur,the impact on textile exports is greater.;In addition,most textile export companies have less influence on clothing brands,insufficient innovation and research and development,and increasing environmental protection pressure.In order to change the predicament,textile export companies must change their traditional development methods and upgrade their industries.This paper selects the W textile export enterprise as the research object.The enterprise was established in 1992.The main export commodities are single,the exporting countries are concentrated,and the technology management is backward.It has the typical nature of the small and medium-sized textile export enterprises.Through the analysis of W textile export enterprises,this paper concludes that the transformation and upgrading of difficult textile export enterprises requires diversified management strategies,improving and enhancing innovation capabilities,actively implementing brand strategic management,training professional talents,and improving the updating process and management experience.
