Research On Performance Optimization Of Railway Equipment Industry Based On Innovation

With the implementation of a series of international strategies such as "One Belt and One Road”and“High-speed Railway Powerful Country”,the importance of the development of China,s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is self-evident.Economic globalization has made China put forward a new era strategy of building an innovative country in order to comply with the trend of economic development.This means that China must upgrade innovation to an important height in development.As the current world and domestic economic development situation is not optimistic,the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is facing problems of overcapacity and fierce competition in the process of development,seriously restrict the economic and social performance of enterprises.Complicated development situation forces enterprises to face new challenges,vigorously promoting the innovation and transformation,enterprises can actively respond to the ever-changing market,create more economic benefits and broad development space.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize and improve rail equipment manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of innovation.The paper selects CRRC,the representative of China’s rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry,as the research case.It has a share of more than 90%in the domestic market,it can gradually compete with the world-class rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises in the future.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes the business performance of CRRC,studies its factors affecting performance,and proposes measures for performance optimization from the perspective of innovation.Firstly,the paper studies the theory of performance optimization and its development status at home and abroad,and the development of performance and innovation.Secondly,it introduces CRRC and its development process,analyzes its performance through literature survey and data analysis,compares the financial performance with foreign rail equipment manufacturing enterprises,find the gaps and shortcomings of CRRC and the problems affecting the performance of the company.According to the current problems in the development,analyze the reasons and learn from the effective experience of foreign advanced track equipment manufacturing enterprises,then put forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of innovation for the performance optimization of CRRC,provide reference to further deepen the technical development and innovation direction of the rail transit equipment industry.
