Research On Development Strategic Of Nanning Fugui Precision Industry Company Ltd.

Taiwan’s electronics industry rose in the 1990s.Attracted by the demographic dividend in mainland China,electronic manufacturing enterprises are building factories in mainland China one after another.The business of electronic manufacturing enterprises is mainly for international well-known brands.Due to the lack of core technology and weak bargaining power,the profit of enterprises is low,which is at the lowest end of the whole industrial chain.With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the rising cost of human resources in mainland China,the increasing uncertainty of the international trade environment,electronic manufacturing enterprises are increasingly difficult to operate.Strategic transformation is imperativeThis thesis takes Nanning Fugui Precision Industry Ltd.,Nanning Branch,Foxconn Technology Group,as the research object.Based on the author’s practical experience in the company,First of all,analyze the company’s external environment:analyzes the macroscopic environmental factors such as policy,economy,society and Technology through PSET method,and analyzes the industrial environment by using Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,and constructs the external factor matrix.Then analyze the company’s internal environment from the aspects of R&D,manufacturing,information,finance,and organizational management capabilities,and construct an internal factor matrix.Finally,the SWOT matrix is used to analyze the strategies that the company can develop and implement,and then select the final implementation strategy based on the company’s mission and vision,as well as current resources.Finally,we will formulate safeguard measures to support the implementation of the strategy.The conclusion of this thesis is that the integration strategy and the concentric diversification strategy can help the company to expand production scale,improve profit levels and enhance competitiveness.The first innovation of this thesis is that Nanning Fugui is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Foxconn,which operates independently and has great autonomy and regional characteristics.Second,Nanning Fugui is a subsidiary of the listed company Industrial Fulian,and the listing brings capital into new technology research and development.Third,the advancement of the implementation of the strategy by industrial Internet technology.The research results of this paper not only provide guidance and suggestions for the strategic development of Nanning Fugui,but also provide reference for electronic manufacturing enterprises.
