In China,the sunshine of policy is directly related to the fate of individual economy.Policy orientation is the key signal to guide the development of individual economy,the growth and decline of individual economy can be explained by individual economic policy.40 years of the reform and opening-up,Policy makers improve individual economic policies constantly.Individual economy is developing and growing.From the perspective of dynamic policy change,the individual economic policies since the reform and opening-up can be divided into four stages: re-establishment,adjustment,development,consolidation and deepening.The change of individual economic policy is the result of the interaction of internal and external factors.The reasons for the change of individual economic policies include the change of political situation,economic situation,social values,policy needs and the active guidance of policy makers.The positive role of individual economic policy development is to realize the optimization of individual economic policy,promote the development of individual economy,and improve the decision-making level of decision makers.However,there are some problems in the process of individual economic development,Such as policy lagging behind practice,low participation in policy formulation,policy propaganda and policy implementation are not in place.In the future,individual economic policies should keep pace with the times,strengthen the leading role of polices.Involve multiple subjects in decision—making,enhance the scientific nature of policies.Strengthen the supervision of policy process and ensure the effectiveness of policy implementation.
