Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of Agricultural Products Logistics Of SZ Company

The current domestic research on supply chain risk management mainly focuses on export enterprises or processing enterprises,and lacks analysis of the overall risk of supply chain.The research on the risk assessment of agricultural product supply chain based on logistics companies involves less research and research.The conclusion is also far from the actual expectations.This paper regards logistics enterprises as the research core of agricultural product supply chain risk analysis and evaluation,and attempts to select new paths and methods to explore agricultural product supply chain risk assessment.This paper analyzes the relevant theories of agricultural product supply chain risk management,discusses the connotation and concept and research dynamics,and provides theoretical and practical basis for risk management and control of logistics supply chain.It summarizes the situation of SZ agricultural product logistics and the problems of supply chain risk management.Therefore,there is a purpose to carry out risk management risk of agricultural product logistics supply chain Based on the supply chain risk management problem of SZ agricultural product lo gistics company,the corresponding methods and means are selected to identify,evaluate,cope and supervise the agricultural product supply chain risk.Based on this,strengthen the management and control of SZ's agricultural product supply chain risks,and thus improve the overall management level of agricultural product supply chain risks.This paper selects the SCOR model method to identify and analyze the risk of agricultural product supply chain,and summarizes the risk manifestation in the process of agricultural product supply chain.The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the supply chain risk of SZ agricultural logistics company and quantitatively assess the degree of risk impact.The specific problems reflected by the risks,based on the differences in risk characteristics,select differentiated risk response measures and provide corresponding monitoring recommendations for their risk management.Through the supply chain operation model(SCOR model)identification method,SZ agricultural product logistics company's supply chain risk can be roughly summarized into five aspects,namely,supply risk,production management risk,technology backward risk,low information level risk and cooperative organization.Coordinate risks.And the results of the risk assessment show that supply risk is the most important factor in the comprehensive evaluation,and the quality and safety of raw materials,the amount of information of growers,the special transport vehicles and special warehouses,the price changes of market materials,and the orders of raw material suppliers are reached.The impact of these risks is at the forefront.The countermeasures for supply chain risk of SZ agricultural products logistics are described in six aspects:R&D related technology,dominant position,quality risk reduction,integration of circulation links,construction of agricultural batch market network and framework of agricultural product logistics information trading platform.Risk management and control mainly starts from five aspects:strengthening infrastructure construction,building a network management platform,constructing a safety traceability system,establishing a predictive and early warning mechanism,and enhancing technology development.
