Agricultural products are the necessities for people to survive,and they are also the fundamental elements of national stability and social stability.With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,the food safety of agricultural products has become a global issue,becoming the focus of government supervision and the hot spot of the people.Following the events of Sanlu milk powder,strong crown black heart lard,dimethyl yellow carcinogenic soybean dry,and other recent incidents of Hongmao medicinal liquor and poisonous onion,this series of problems indicates that China still has food safety management.Great refinement space.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the food safety management of agricultural products.From the perspective of agricultural product supply chain,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting food safety by consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures and analyzing the existing models of agricultural products,and combining the models of CLHS,and using SCOR model to build a safe food supply chain.The resource allocation strategy,the coordination of government supervision and social resources,achieve the effect of comprehensively ensuring the safety of agricultural products.The conclusions of this paper mainly include:(1)Analyze and rank the 17 influencing factors affecting the safety of agricultural products through analytic hierarchy process.It can be concluded that food additives,pollution of the processing environment,pesticides and excessive use of fertilizers,pollution of heavy metals,and improper storage of agricultural products are the main factors affecting food safety.Therefore,in order to make the food safety factor higher and higher,both enterprises and individuals should do: control the use of food additives,and conduct irregular inspections of foods;correctly guide producers to use chemical fertilizers,pesticides,etc.And strictly handle the objects that are not legally used;strengthen the environmental sanitation of all links in the entire supply chain,and strengthen the awareness of environmental protection of farmers and consumers.(2)The food supply chain based on the SCOR model consists of ten links: planning links in the supply chain,planting,procurement,primary processing,finishing,quality inspection,warehousing,distribution,distribution and final recycling of raw materials.The ten links are analyzed and the enlightenment of SCOR model food safety management on CLHS management is proposed.(3)Through the analysis of examples and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,feasible measures to improve food safety were put forward.It mainly includes: the company's allocation strategy on equipment,human resources and technical resources,as well as the establishment of a legal and regulatory system and supervision system for the entire agricultural product supply chain at the government level,improving the safety awareness of employees in all aspects,using the Internet of Things,the Internet and The combination of logistics information network achieves information sharing,reduces the harm caused by information asymmetry,and makes food safety under the agricultural product supply chain more secure.
