Since antiquity,China is an agricultural country with huge population and weak agricultural basis.In the recent years,Various agricultural enterprises develop rapidly and realize large scale and industrialization,the agricultural production capability is improved conspicuously.The agricultural structure is optimized gradually,but the regional difference of agricultural development is severer in China.The agricultural enterprises develop slowly.Hence,in order to survive and obtain eore competition advantage,all kinds of agrieultural enterprises shall reform and innovate to seek for developing strategy and further to build up core competition of the enterprises.WQ Agriculture Development Group is the pioneer in field in northwest of China,which was founded in 2004 and committed to developing modern agriculture and promoting&bringing in new varieties and technologies,wholesale of agricultural materials,plantation and standard vegetables cultivation and organic rice processing and sales.Modem cold-chain logistics,diversities of large Agriculture Group such as the development and application of tourism agriculture and two-way development of stock farming(protoculture).WQ Agriculture Development Group relies on resources advantage,increasing investment,base founding,technology popularization and brand building.Its quality level and products field get improved and enlarged continually.However,how to keep the developing state and a sustainable and healthy development for WQ Agriculture Development Group under the pressure of economic downturn,the worse bank loans and the competition trend rising of various agricultural enterprises is an urgent problem,therefore,it is mainly to learn about the strategic choose of WQ Agriculture Development Group in this article.First of all,it requires to analyze politic,economic,social and teehnical etc external environment(also called PEST analysis),to realize the current developing situation of WQ Agriculture Development Group and to analyze the current strategy of Group and clearing up the problems in developing process,Secondly,according to the mission and the goal of medium and long term of WQ Agriculture Development Group and meanwhile combination with the SWOT analytical model,differentiation strategy is put forward to show the products specialty and build up the brand effect to enforce the enterprises core competition on the basis of considering advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and risk.lastly,the supporting measures of carrying out differentiation strategies are given in this article,namely through the measures of brand effect,scientific innovation,enforcing risk management etc.to create an agile enterprise under the guidance of marketing requirement and to keep its comparative advantage of WQ Agriculture Development Group in the competition of agricultural field.The domestic agriculture competition is extremely severe,although it is supported by government policy,yet agriculture develops with a high production cost,slow return,high natural risk and complex market environment,how to deal with the problems mentioned above is the key of modem agriculture development,the purpose of choosing WQ Agriculture Development Group as the researching target is to choose a proper strategy of development for it,and also to provide a valuable references for other agricultural enterprises.
