With the prompt development of our country’s economy,many families choose to study abroad,work abroad,emigrate or send foreign personnel to work in China.No matter which choice,customers with the need for relocation private goods business are increasing every year.Compared with the weight and volume limited for baggage check-in and international express logistics,professional private goods transportation service is a wonderful choice.However,with the COVID-19 epidemic,the rising sea transportation costs,the difficulty of container less,the restriction of the policies of entry & exit of various countries,and the fierce competition in the domestic transportation market,company A need to consider how to use the existing advantages to overcome the difficulties before the moment,go further in occupying the market of private goods transportation.Therefore,this paper will use the theoretical knowledge related to competitive strategy to study and formulate relevant strategies for international logistics company.This study also provides a reference for other international logistics enterprises,especially international private goods relocation companies to choose and formulate competitive strategies.This paper takes case and model research as the technical route to study the competition strategy of company a in depth.Firstly,based on PEST analysis,the external environment of company A is analyzed,and the industry is analyzed by Porter five force model,and used EFE matrix analysis to carried out.Secondly,analyzed internal indicators of company A.This paper analyzes the current situation,business capability,personnel,technology,assets and value chain of company A,and finally makes an IFE matrix analysis.Then using SWOT analysis,through the construction of quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis and selection of differentiation strategy for a company’s competitive strategy,mainly to market differentiation,image differentiation and service differentiation as a company to achieve competitive strategy path.Finally,the implementation competitive strategy of company A was established.It including annual objectives,hierarchical implementation positioning,the determination of implementation steps and the search for potential risks.The guarantee of solidifying company’s strategy implementation includes solidifying company level,branch level,differentiation strategy implementation with dynamically.On the basis of abundant investigation of company,this paper uses strategic theory analysis tools to formulate and select scientific and feasible competitive strategies to help the company to provide reference for the current difficulties and future development.At the same time,it enriches the competitive strategy theory and research results of private goods transportation business of international logistics enterprises,and also has a certain reference value for other similar enterprises. |
