Times are changing and employee attitudes are changing,nowadays,the "post-90s"employees have gradually moved to their jobs,due to the different education and social background,"post-90s" employees have distinct personal characteristics,and their work concept is quite different from that of the previous generation.Based on contingency theory and Maslow's demand theory,this paper constructs a hypothetical model of the relationship between transform,transactional leadership and employee loyalty,aiming at studying the following issues:One is the influence of transformational leadership and its dimensions on employee loyalty and its dimensions;the other is the influence of transactional leadership and its dimensions on employee loyalty and its dimensions;the third is to compare the influence of the two leadership styles on the loyalty of "post-90s"employees;the fourth is to analyze the influence of attitude loyalty on behavioral loyalty in employee loyalty.This paper collects data through questionnaires and makes a series of statistical analysis with SPSS 19.0,and draws the following conclusions:Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee loyalty,among which personalized care and leadership charm have a significant positive impact on each dimension of employee loyalty,there is no significant positive effect of virtue and vision incentive on employee loyalty;Transactional leadership and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on employee loyalty and its dimensions;The influence of transformational leadership on employee loyalty is better than that of transactional leadership;Attitudinal loyalty has a significant positive impact on behavioral loyalty in employee loyalty.
