Study On The Types Of Rural Development And Rural Characteristics At County Scale In Guangxi

With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,many factors of production in rural areas are constantly absorbed by cities.Traditional rural characteristics gradually fade away,and rural reconstruction has gradually become an important frontier topic in the field of geography.Restricted by many factors,such as location,ecological environment,historical reasons and policy orientation,the process of social and economic development in Guangxi is slow as a whole,and the imbalance of rural regional development in the region is prominent.It is urgent to carry out research on the types and characteristics of rural development,clarify the spatial and temporal pattern and regional characteristics of rural development,and implement rural policies according to local conditions in order to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and classify rural areas.Reconstructing strategy provides theoretical basis and scientific basis.Integrated econometric model and spatial analysis technology,with the help of socio-economic data and land use data from 2000 to 2015,based on the types of rural industry and rural development level in Guangxi,the spatial and temporal differentiation and its change process of rural development types in Guangxi are analyzed;the spatial distribution evolution pattern of rural strength and the correlation analysis of rural nature are analyzed,and the rural performance of different industrial types is carried out.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of rural differences among different types of rural development and the industrial types and development level,this paper puts forward the optimal regulation and control methods for different types of rural development in Guangxi.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The number of rural development types in Guangxi increased first and then decreased.From 2000 to 2010,the number of rural development types increased from 14 to 20,and from2010 to 2015,the number of rural development types decreased from 20 to 16.From the spatial pattern,the rural development types in Guangxi showed a large-scale decentralized,small-scale centralized and overall decentralized spatial distribution pattern.2.The overall characteristics of the pattern of rural strength and weakness in Guangxi are high in the West and low in the east.The number of strong and strong rural counties decreases greatly.The number of medium and weak rural counties increases rapidly,the number of weak rural counties increases slowly,and the overall rural index is high.3.The overall pattern of rural industry type in Guangxi is characterized by "high in the West and low in the east,high in the north and low in the south".The rural characteristics ofthe first-class,second-class and comprehensive-development type are weakening continuously,while that of the tertiary industry is increasing continuously.Some of the same types of rural development belong to the same rural level,while others belong to different rural level.On the whole,the rural index fluctuated downward,and the rural continued to weaken.4.Classified regulation and control of different types of rural development in Guangxi should be based on three aspects: rural economic restructuring,social restructuring and spatial restructuring;county-level regulation and control of different levels of development should be based on local industrial advantages,relevant policies and location conditions.
