Research On The Performance Of Special Funds For Targeted Poverty Alleviation

China has now reached a critical stage in poverty alleviation.2019 is a crucial year for achieving the goal of poverty alleviation.To achieve the goal of completely eradicating poverty by 2020,the task is very arduous.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct research and analysis on the performance of poverty alleviation funds in China.This paper focuses on the current situation of poverty alleviation work in China,and discusses the performance of precision poverty alleviation funds.Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,this paper analyzes the poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the past 6 years,the source of accurate poverty alleviation funds,and the investment of precision poverty alleviation funds.The experts in the direction of poverty alleviation are based on the weighting,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the key factors affecting the performance of the precision poverty alleviation funds in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.By comparing the theory with the reality,the current situation of precision poverty alleviation work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is analyzed,and feasible suggestions are put forward.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it starts with the history and current situation of poverty in China,analyzes the research background of the performance of China’s precision poverty alleviation funds,and discusses the significance of the performance of precision poverty alleviation funds.It also summarizes the research of other scholars to understand the current research status.According to the research background,significance and status quo,the research ideas and research methods of this paper are sorted out.The second chapter introduces and summarizes related concepts such as poverty,poverty standards,poverty alleviation,poverty withdrawal,precision poverty alleviation,and poverty alleviation fund performance,and provides theoretical basis for the overall content of the thesis.The third chapter summarizes the poverty situation,causes,classification and precise poverty alleviation policies in Inner Mongolia,and comprehensively introduces the source,distribution,use and management of precision poverty alleviation funds in Inner Mongolia.The fourth chapter is divided into two parts.Firstly,it analyzes the source and investment situation of precision poverty alleviation funds in Inner Mongolia.Secondly,it uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analysis method to build a precise level of poverty alleviation fund performance based on the scores of many poverty alleviation experts.The structural model and the fuzzy analysis model analyze the indicators that affect the performance of precision poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia,and thus the most important factors in poverty alleviation work.The fifth chapter,combined with the contents of the third and fourth chapters,summarizes and discusses the current situation of poverty alleviation work in Inner Mongolia,compares the current situation of various poverty alleviation work or projects with the results obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,and thus finds that Feasible suggestions for improving the performance of precision poverty alleviation funds.The sixth chapter points out the shortcomings of the thesis and summarizes the overall content of the paper.The analysis results of the paper on the performance of the precision poverty alleviation fund are pushed from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to the whole country,and the conclusion is drawn,and the future prospect is put forward.
