Analysis Of Precision Poverty Alleviation And Its Influencing Factors In N County

Accurate poverty alleviation,as the basic strategy for China's poverty alleviation,is the key work of China's first 100-year struggle goal and the fundamental goal of achieving the overall goal of poverty alleviation in 2020 and achieving a comprehensive well-off society.Since the mid-1980 s,China ' s poverty alleviation and development has achieved great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention for 30 years.The focus of poverty alleviation work has shifted from thinking about how to improve the effectiveness of assistance to the question of whether it can successfully remove poverty?Through field research,this paper interviewed more than 200 poor households in N County,grasped the living conditions in poverty-stricken areas,and combined with the implementation of various measures for poverty alleviation and development work in the government,and obtained the influencing factors affecting the progress of poverty alleviation and poverty reduction in N counties,using analytic hierarchy process.Quantify the influencing factors and analyze the factors affecting poverty alleviation and development in N County.Objectively demonstrate the overall effectiveness of grassroots poverty alleviation measures.The results show that the two indicators of industrial development and social security are important factors influencing poverty alleviation.Among them,the indicators of industrial poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation and medical insurance have a significant impact on the progress of poverty alleviation.According to the results of factor analysis,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the five aspects of poverty alleviation dynamic tracking mechanism,local industry development,education poverty alleviation measures,social security programs and infrastructure construction,which is conducive to improving the information feedback mechanism of poverty alleviation vertical institutions and optimizing poverty alleviation special projects.Resource allocation,improve the regional dispatch mobility of helpers,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the performance evaluation system for accurate poverty alleviation.Relying on many agricultural enterprises in N County to achieve the prosperity of local industries,to promote the employment of the poor,and fundamentallysolve the source of poverty.Second,increase investment in education funds in poverty-stricken areas to ensure that children of poor households enjoy preferential policies related to compulsory education,improve the competitiveness of the future labor market,and avoid the risk of returning to poverty.At the same time,we will improve the support mechanism for the elderly who are widowed and widowed,and achieve a sense of support for the elderly.Finally,we will further promote infrastructure construction,modernize poor rural areas,solve life problems such as water circuit,and increase the enthusiasm of the poor to lift poverty.
