Under the existing supply and demand matching methods of vegetable products,the vegetable products in Shandong Province cannot achieve higher quality production,circulation,and sales.Vegetable prices often fluctuate greatly and frequently,and producers “difficult to sell vegetables” and The phenomenon of “buy food expensive” for consumers has coexisted for a long time.The supply and demand docking methods of vegetable products can not effectively promote the development of the vegetable industry,adjust the relationship between supply and demand,and meet the needs of urban residents.This shows that there is a big problem in the efficiency of the operation and supply docking of existing vegetable products.The wholesale market-led supply and demand docking method is still the main operation way of vegetable products in Shandong Province.It still has many defects,such as excessive participation of participants,large loss of various links,unsound traceability system,secondary pollution of storage and transportation,and lack of information circulation.Waiting for the problem.In recent years,the supermarket-based supply and demand docking method can greatly reduce the circulation time,reduce the circulation cost and transaction cost,and coordinate the participation of various participants to establish long-term strategic cooperation relationship to achieve the stability and efficiency of the cooperation relationship.However,because this model is an emerging model,the overall market share is still small,and even most vegetable practitioners are not very enthusiastic about the supply and demand docking method because of the industry inertia.In addition,the supply and demand of other vegetable products in Shandong Province has been eliminated from the market by the market.Some have prospects but have not yet explored a better development path,basically in the market.It complements the two main supply and demand docking methods.High-efficiency vegetable products supply and demand docking methods can greatly reduce transaction costs,stabilize the vegetable market,regulate the contradiction between supply and demand of vegetables,improve consumer satisfaction,help promote economic growth in Shandong Province,and raise the level of ordinary people.Therefore,optimize vegetable products in Shandong Province.Supply and demand docking is imperative.In view of this,this thesis takes the cobweb theory,trading theory and principal-agent theory as the theoretical basis,and takes the supply and demand of vegetable products in Shandong Province as the main body,through the four cities with different geographical characteristics in Shandong Province(Jinan,Zibo,Weihai,Heze)selected a total of 12 representative supermarkets and 28 wholesale markets for questionnaire survey.The current two main types of vegetable products in Shandong Province are the supply and demand docking methods: retailer-oriented supply and demand docking methods,wholesale The market-oriented supply and demand docking method is analyzed and evaluated.From the aspects of production,circulation and sales,the existing circulation methods in Shandong Province have problems such as low production organization,small scale,backward circulation facilities and large transaction cost.Based on the questions raised above and the results of the survey,recommendations for targeted optimization are proposed.This research will help to further enhance the competitiveness of the vegetable industry in Shandong Province,maintain the stable and healthy development of the vegetable industry in Shandong Province,optimize the distribution of interests of participating organizations,reduce the cost of living for consumers.
