The Research On The Supply Optimization Of Vegetable Products In Shandong Province

With the continuous development of China's economy,the incomes of residents rising,the consumption structure upgrading,the vegetable consumption demand of residents is shifting to diversify,safe nutrition,convenient clean vegetables and e-commerce fresh direction.In recent years,with the rapid development of other domestic vegetable production areas,the industrial advantages of vegetable industry are weakened continually.Unbalance of product supply and demand,production costs rising,market prices fluctuating wildly,these problems affect the supply of vegetable products and restrict the further development of vegetable industry in Shandong province.In 2006,the output of vegetable products in Shandong province is RMB 172.344 billion,accounting for 37.13% of the province's total agricultural output,ranking first in agricultural composition.How to optimize the supply of vegetable products and promote the favorable development of vegetable industry in Shandong is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the supply and demand theory,elastic theory,consumption upgrading theory and supply-side structural reform theory,this paper takes vegetable product supply optimization in Shandong as the research object.Firstly,the paper starts with the current situation of consumption demand of vegetable products.It is concluded that the change of vegetable consumption demand of urban residents in China has entered a stable stage.The vegetable consumption demand of residents is shifting from quantity to quality direction.Demand elastic model analysis shows that the demand of resident income and vegetable products is directly related to negative correlation.Secondly,the paper summarizes the characteristics of price fluctuation of vegetable products,performing seasonal fluctuation and abnormal fluctuation.Using elasticity analysis to verify the positive correlation between price changes and vegetable product changes.Once again,paper suggests that planting area and total production market share are declining,exports growing slowly.There are some problems,such as,unbalance of product supply and demand,production costs rising,severe shortage of labor force,abnormal price fluctuation,lacking of scientific and technological innovation,the lower effectiveness of technology promotion,the product safety quality hidden danger not eliminated.Finally,to solve the problem of vegetable supply in Shandong province and optimize the supply of vegetable products should take actions as the following,scientific planning and production layout to optimize product supply,increasing investment and support policies,building the product advantage brand,training professional workers,organization,scale,standardization production strengthened,vegetable and internet industry construction strengthened,improving the vegetable information platform,intensifying research and development of science and technology,accelerating publicity and promotion of scientific and technological innovation,improving the quality and safety of vegetable products,improving the product quality supervision system.
