| The 13 th Five-year Plan called for the improvement of infrastructure and the development of international trade in ethnic minority areas.The One Belt And One Road initiative required China’s inland regions to speed up the development of international trade."One Belt And One Road" Initiative has been implemented for more than five years,Hubei ethnic minority areas should actively participate in the construction as well as accelerate the development of Export-oriented Economy to achieve the dual strategic goals of targeted poverty alleviation and economic development.The ethnic minority areas in Hubei province should accelerate the development of international trade and make use of international direct inflow investment so as to realize the economic take-off of the "former minority areas,border areas and poor areas".macroeconomic policies to support backward area,including in minority region economic development,speed up with natural resources and labor for the central and western regions of the comparative advantages of poverty alleviation poverty reduction and external cooperation,pointed out the direction of the for the economic development of the ethnic minority areas in Hubei province.2020 is the final year to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Chinese central government aimed to construct a well-off society in an all-round way as the goal,Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(Enshi prefecture for short)is an typical area of the ethnic minority areas in Hubei province.Enshi prefecture was taken as an example,this essay conducted a multi-dimensional study on the development of export-oriented economy in Enshi prefecture under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative.Firstly,this paper made use of methods of literature and case analysis to describe the development status and characteristics of international economic cooperation in Enshi prefecture from multiple perspectives,which provided practical support for the overall discussion of this paper.Then,the paper analyzed the restrictive factors that affected the export-oriented economic development of Enshi prefecture.In this part,PEST model,Diamond model and SWOT analysis were used to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the development from macro to microlevel.Then the main factors restricting the development were empirically tested.In this part,the economic model and various indicators were firstly determined.Export volume was taken as the dependent variable,and regional economic aggregated,international direct inflow investment,population and exchange rate were taken as the independent variables.The test results showed that the employment rate of Enshi prefecture had a significant impact on the export volume,the regional economic growth,the international direct inflow investment and the exchange rate all had a significant impact on the international cooperation of Enshi prefecture,showing a positive correlation.In the end,this study believed that Enshi prefecture should make full use of the policy advantages of "One Belt And One Road" initiative with developing export-oriented development path dependence according to local conditions,optimized the industrial structure and economic growth model of minority areas,and boosted the realization of well-off goal of Hubei ethnic minority areas. |
