| The No.1 document of the Central Committee of our country has continuously paid attention to the issues of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 18 consecutive years from 2004 to 2021,emphasizing the importance of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee in 2021 proposes that China should comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas,"put rural construction in an important position of socialist modernization,and comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations." The average elevation of Ruyuan County is high,and the actual situation of more mountainous areas and less arable land is very suitable for the cultivation of sweet potato.To do a good job in the development of sweet potato industry is a part of "industrial revitalization" in promoting rural revitalization.Since 2010,sweet potato as one of the characteristic agricultural products in Ruyuan County,the local government has increased its support for the development of sweet potato industry,so that the sweet potato industry in Ruyuan has developed rapidly.At present,the county’s sweet potato planting area of nearly 10,000 mu,output of 10,000 tons,output value of about 50 million yuan,the sweet potato industry has become one of the main local agricultural projects.First of all,this paper adopts the way of questionnaire to understand the development of sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County and its position in agricultural industry,and then according to the survey results,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the production,processing and sales of sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County by using system analysis method.Finally,a comprehensive analysis is made by combining theory with practice,and effective strategies are put forward to solve the problems and speed up the production of sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County,so as to guide the healthy and rapid development of sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County.Based on the on-the-spot investigation,it is found that there are still many problems in the development of sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County,including lack of government support,slow development of sweet potato economic organization,single variety of sweet potato,low level of sweet potato planting technology,lack of scientific management and disconnection of industrial chain.there are few insurance types of agricultural products,the sales channels have not been fully broadened,farmers mainly sell fresh sweet potatoes,there are few deep-processed sweet potato products,and the degree of industrialization is not high.For this reason,according to the problems in the present situation of sweet potato development in Ruyuan County and drawing lessons from the development experience of domestic sweet potato industry,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable and healthy development of Ruyuan sweet potato industry: the government formulates the support policy for the development of sweet potato;strengthen the organizational construction of sweet potato production;strengthen planting training to improve the comprehensive quality of growers;improve the level of sweet potato industrialization and increase the insurance of characteristic agricultural products.This paper carries out an in-depth study of the sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County,which will provide scientific ideas,suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the sweet potato industry for the local government and relevant industry organizations,and has important guiding significance for promoting the development of the sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County.The healthy and rapid development of the sweet potato industry in Ruyuan County is conducive to meeting the growing market demand,optimizing the industrial structure of sweet potato,increasing farmers’ income in agriculture,and promoting the development of rural economy.it is of great significance for Ruyuan County to win the war against poverty and promote rural revitalization. |
