Study On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Input Behavior And Efficiency Of Farmers

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy.The strategy of revitalizing the countryside put forward by the 19th CPC National Congress emphasizes that priority should be given to the development of agricultural and rural areas,in accordance with the general requirements of prosperous industries,ecological livable,civilized rural style,effective governance and well-off living.We will establish and improve institutional mechanisms and policy systems for the integration and development of urban and rural areas,and accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.The key and focal point of the rural revitalization strategy is the prosperity of industry,and the agricultural producer is the main body of the implementation of the industrial prosperity,so as to grasp the agricultural input behavior of the agricultural producer and its influencing factors,and then analyze the production efficiency and its influencing factors.This provides an important basis for the formlation of relevant agricultural industrial policies.In this paper,based on the input behavior and production efficiency of wheat and pear growers,the Logistic model was used to analyze the behavior of wheat and pear,and the safe application behavior and standardized fertilization behavior were analyzed in detail.The influence of different factors on behavior was studied.Then the DEA-Tobit model is used to study the production efficiency of farmers and its influencing factors.It is concluded that farmers' behavior needs to be further standardized,farmers' cognitive level has an important impact on their behavior,the level of farmers' production efficiency is still relatively low,and the leading role of cooperatives for farmers needs to be further strengthened.Conclusions that online sales need to be further regulated.Finally,we put forward to strengthen training propaganda,improve farmers' cognitive level,strengthen policy guidance,promote reasonable input of chemicals,perfect land transfer mechanism,promote appropriate scale management of farmers,and strengthen policy support.Improve the grass-roots agricultural technology service innovation agricultural development model,promote new business type to speed up the development of policy recommendations.
