Research On The Development And Effect Of The Minimum Purchase Price Policy Of Rice In Hubei Province

Hubei Province is an important commodity grain base in the country and a major producer of rice(indica rice).Rice production in Hubei Province has an important position in China,so it is also necessary to study the minimum purchase price of rice.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of the minimum purchase price policy of rice,and then summarizes the relevant literature on the basis of domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,the relevant concepts of the minimum purchase price policy of rice are defined,and the relevant theories are sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.This paper introduces the development and dilemma of the minimum purchase price policy of rice in Hubei Province,discusses the historical background and development of the minimum purchase price policy of rice,and clarifies the current development status of the minimum purchase price policy of rice,and then analyzes the existence of the minimum purchase price policy of rice.some problems.Afterwards,an empirical analysis of the effect of the minimum purchase price of rice in Hubei Province was carried out.The panel data model-fixed influence variable intercept model was established to randomly analyze the rice minimum production price policy for the rice production in Hubei Province by randomly selecting the relevant city and state data of the main rice production in Hubei Province.The implementation effect of farmers' income.Finally,based on the above analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the minimum purchase policy of rice are put forward.Based on the above research,it can be concluded that the minimum purchase price policy of rice has a positive and significant impact on rice production and farmers' income in Hubei Province.On the one hand,it plays an important role in regulating rice production and increasing farmers' income in Hubei Province.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the implementation of the current minimum purchase price.It is suggested that the minimum purchase price policy for rice should be promoted from the market reform of the rice price formation mechanism,diversified disposal methods for the backlog of temporary storage rice,and the cultivation of multiple purchase and sales entities.The Bank continued to improve its policies to promote the sustainable development of the rice industry and meet the people's demand for high-quality rice.
