| With the further deepening of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressures.The competition between globalization and marketization has evolved from the competition of pure products and services to the overall competition of supply chain.The upstream suppliers of enterprises are diversified,even globalized.The upstream partners and competitors enhance their competitiveness by integrating supply chains and industrial chains.In the supply chain management system,it involves the management contents of goods supply chain,logistics transport supply chain,information supply chain,capital supply chain,technology supply chain,etc.The supplier is the carrier of goods,transportation,information,capital and other elements.The selection,management and evaluation of suppliers are related to the quality of supply,procurement mode,purchase price,settlement mode and economy of ZWY Company.There are many important aspects such as business efficiency,profitability and market competitiveness.Therefore,supplier management has become the core content of supply chain management,and it is also the focus of attention and research in academia and this paper.Firstly,this paper combs and summarizes the existing research,mainly on the connotation of supply chain and supply chain management,the connotation of supplier management,supplier classification management,supplier relationship management,supplier selection management,supplier quality management,supplier performance evaluation and other aspects;secondly,the current situation and existing problems of supplier management of ZWY company are detailed.Then,using OLS method to empirically analyze the influencing factors of supplier management performance of ZWY company,what are the influencing factors and the degree of influence? Finally,the last part is the conclusion,deficiecny and prospect of this paper.The results show that there are some deficiencies in supplier management of ZWY company,such as lack of initiative and dynamic information collection,lack of effectiveness in formulating and implementing supplier selection criteria,lack of refinement in supplier performance evaluation mechanism,concentration in supplier structure,lack of flexible communication mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism in supplier management.In empirical research,there is a positive relationship between supply quality management,delivery punctuality,payment support,supplier strength and supplier management performance,and a negative relationship between relative price of supply and supplier management performance.As far as the impact is concerned,the relative price of supply has the strongest effect on improving supplier management performance,followed by service quality management,service timeliness,supplier strength and payment support.The supplier performance evaluation index of ZWY company should be added to the supplier strength index,and the weight of the evaluation index should be adjusted at the same time. |
