The Internet, especially in the search, cloud computing, social networking, mobile payments, and other modern information technology, will bring significant changes to financial innovation. Over the past ten years, in books, music, communications, retail and other fields has seen similar changes. Real financial supply and demand in the field direct matches on the Internet. Mobile payment, Alipay, Yu Ebao, P2P loans, Ali small loans and other forms of financial innovation came into being, which led to disintermediation of financial institutions, and change the model of traditional commercial banks ’ payment, financing, financial planning, and other basic functions. Therefore, the study of Internet financial impact on traditional commercial bank ’ human resource allocation, finding the coping strategy of traditional commercial banks, which is conducive to scientific and orderly development of China’s financial industry. In this study, I analyze the challenges and changes of the traditional commercial banking ’ profits modes, operation channel and credit modes in the financial environment of the Internet finance. For example, I analyze the impact of Internet finance development on traditional commercial bank ’ human resource allocation, and explore the countermeasures and methods of optimizing the allocation of n Bank WL branch ’ human resources.This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the background and significance of the research, and the domestic and foreign research literature reviews; the second part is the present situation and trend of the development of Internet banking, for this paper laid a solid foundation of geography; the third part is the core content of this paper, from the total employment, counter staff, credit personnel allocation from three aspects detailed analysis of the impact of commercial bank on the allocation of human resources; the fourth part of the J bank N branch case, according to the J bank N branch business department said the data analysis of the Internet financial impact on the allocation of human resources; the fifth part analysis. Countermeasure and suggestion to optimize the allocation of human resources of the Commercial Bank Internet banking, total employment from the counter staff planning, personnel adjustment and optimization, credit composite talents cultivation in four aspects. In-depth analysis; the sixth part is conclusion and outlook, summarizes the research contents of the thesis, also the future development trend and research direction of prospects. Internet banking the traditional commercial bank profit and the transformation of mode of operation and credit will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the allocation of human resources, human resources management of commercial banks presents many challenges, if commercial banks can not deal with, is bound to caused by the emergence of various problems in human resources management, influence the development of commercial bank, hope this study can help improve the Commercial Bank of our country future allocation of human resources management.
