Nowadays internet finance has been influencing all aspects of our residents' life,which undoubtedly makes life more convenient for individual residents.But for the traditional commercial banks,they have met strong competitors.At present,the business launched by internet financial enterprises has played an alternative role on the traditional functions of traditional commercial banks,such as financial management,collection,intermediary business,etc,and it affects the overall benefits of traditional commercial banks from all aspects of business;the changes in the benefits of commercial banks further make a series of changes in the personal thoughts and behaviors of internal employees.These changes first affect the employees' thoughts and attitudes towards work,and then affect the employees' behaviors,and then affect the employees' enthusiasm for work,even their loyalty for the company.In turn,the change of employees' behavior will affect the overall benefit of the bank,so it is very important to pay attention to the ideas and behaviors of the grass-roots employees of traditional banks and optimize the allocation of grass-roots employees.Firstly,this paper defines the concept,related theory and research scope of Internet Finance and human resource allocation,and then puts forward the related theoretical judgment of this paper.In this paper,the traditional state-owned bank J Bank H branch of grass-roots staff are the research object,first of all,through the analysis of J Bank H branch of grass-roots staff configuration,we can get J bank H branch's current human resource allocation and existing problems.Then,a random sampling questionnaire survey will be conducted to the grass-roots employees of the branch to understand their perception of the impact of Internet Finance on their work.According to the analysis and statistics of the questionnaire survey results,from the aspects of confidence in the future prospects of the industry,their own work enthusiasm,the current post pressure,overtime hours,income and the idea of job hopping,a large proportion of the grass-roots employees showed a negative impact on H branch of bank J.This fully proves that Internet finance has a great influence on the traditional bank's grass-roots employees' behaviors that are harmful to the bank.In view of the current situation of the grass-roots employees of bank J,H branch,we adopt the symptomatic method to deal with the impact of Internet finance.First,we plan the employment scientifically and re optimize the grass-roots employees.Second,we effectively use the scientific and technological means to the daily production and operation,so as to improve the overall income of the unit and keep up with the pace of reform.For the internal grassroots positions in the outlets,the employees should be properly allocated and redistributed from the four aspects of job transfer,communication,promotion and withdrawal.Finally,optimize appropriate incentive policies for the whole bank's grassroots outlets,so as to effectively motivate grassroots employees.In the end,it summarizes and looks forward to some enlightenment for traditional banks in the Internet wave,so as to resist a series of threats brought by the development of Internet finance from the aspect of human resource allocation to a certain extent...
