China is in the transition period of economic structure,the business model of enterprises gradually changed,the state in the policy to support enterprise independent innovation and entrepreneurial activities.And the impact,which makes the research on innovation performance has become one of the most interesting research topics.But we can easily find that most of the scholars' focus is on the enterprise level,and the employees as the initiators and the actual operators of the enterprise innovation activities has limit research of employee innovation performance,and research is often limited to the relationship between employee innovation performance and a few influencing factors.Therefore,from the source of employee innovation performance,until the whole process of its production,the key variables between how to interact,and clear these employees to enhance the performance of innovation has a crucial role.First,the existing research results at domestic and abroad to sort out,based on previous studies,according to the study of the situation and research needs,to re-innovation,staff innovation,organizational innovation and staff innovation performance definition,the dimensions of the four important variables studied are divided.Second,to explore the relationship between the innovation intention,the staff innovation ability,the organization innovation atmosphere and the employee innovation performance variables,to present the theoretical hypothesis and construct the conceptual model of the innovation performance of the employees' innovative ability to the employee's innovation performance.Then using the enterprise interviews and expert review of the questionnaire involved in the contents of the repeated scrutiny,and ultimately based on the questionnaire to recover the data using multiple regression analysis of the theoretical hypothesis proposed in the study.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,it helps the managers to provide practical suggestions and enlightenments on how to improve the management mode and the organization system in order to improve the innovation performance of the staff,and summarize and forecast the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction.According to the theoretical research and empirical analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)the innovation willingness has a significant positive effect on the employee's innovation ability;(2)the innovation willingness has a significant positive effect on the employee's innovation performance;(4)Employee innovation ability can play a part of mediating role in the relationship between innovation intention and employee innovation performance,and innovation willingness can help employees to improve innovation by improving staff innovation ability.(5)Organizational innovation atmosphere plays a regulatory role in the intermediary effect of employee innovation ability,and the adjustment direction is positive.
