As the tide of globalization continues to advance,Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation",More and more enterprises have realized that innovation has become an important magic weapon to gain competitive advantage. And the innovation of the enterprise depends on the innovation subject and depends on the employees themselves.Corporate culture plays a vital role in the overall innovation and innovation of the employees, and promotes the promotion of innovation performance. Therefore, how to create an corporate cultural atmosphere that is beneficial to the innovation of the employees, and encourage employees to enhance their innovation will and ability, and then improve the overall innovation performance of the enterprise,It becomes more meaningful for social research and academic research. In this paper, employees' innovation behavior is taken as an intermediary variable, taking the relationship between corporate culture and innovation performance as a breakthrough point,In-depth analysis of the role of employee innovation behavior in the relationship between corporate culture and innovation performance and the relationship between the three, and taking high and new technology enterprises as the research object, the conceptual model and research hypothesis of the four different dimensions of corporate culture that ultimately play a role in innovation performance through employee innovation behavior. In the process of specific research,The corporate culture is divided into four dimensions: team spirit, innovation consciousness, customer orientation and goal vision, the research on the dimensions of employee innovation behavior and innovation performance is considered as a single dimension. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, collecting sample data through a questionnaire, and data analysis with SPSSstatistical software,a total of 400 questionnaires were sent out,and 354 questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate of the questionnaires was 88.5%,66 invalid questionnaires were excluded, and the final effective questionnaires were 288,the effective rate of the questionnaire was 81.33%.The 288 sample data are mainly from high and new technology enterprises in Shanghai and Guizhou. In the analysis of data processing, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used.In order to better verify the relationship between the independent variables, the mediator variables and the variables between the three variables, the multiple regression analysis method is adopted. After multiple regression analysis of the variables,it is concluded that the corporate culture and its dimensions have a positive impact on the employees' innovation behavior and innovation performance; In the regression model of employee innovation behavior and innovation performance,it is concluded that employee innovation has a positive impact on innovation performance; On the basis of the above validation,we finally verify the mediating effect of employee's innovative behavior. The results show that employee's innovative behavior plays a partial mediating role between corporate culture and innovation performance. In addition,by analyzing the variance of organizational characteristics,we take the nature of enterprises and the development stage of enterprises as control variables, and add them to the regression model to verify the analysis, which makes this research more rigorous. It is expected that the research results in this paper can provide some theoretical basis and constructive suggestions for enterprises to create corporate culture elements conducive to innovation atmosphere, enhance employees' willingness and ability to innovate, and enhance competitiveness of enterprises.
