Research On Fresh Agricultural Product Logistics Center Location In Henan Province

Henan Province is an important agricultural production base in China.The province has rich agricultural resources,and it is at the forefront of China in terms of output of agricultural products.The 19th CPC National Congress emphasizes that the promotion of new industrialization,urbanization,informationization,agricultural modernization and sustainability are preconditions for the development of the logistics industry,which is important for development of the "Belt and Road",the free trade zones,the service industries,and the circulation of agricultural products.To respond positively to the new trend and new requirements of China,s economic transformation,Henan Province has accelerated the rectification and technological upgrading of logistics industry.With the great input of means of production and the improvement and popularization of production technologies,the output of agricultural products in Henan Province has been greatly improved,and the scientific operation has been basically realized.But the loss of fresh agricultural products for its' seasonal and perishable characteristics is still the biggest obstacle of the agricultural industry economy in Henan Province.And more freight points,complicated road network,unreasonable design of transportation outlets,and lack of modern management lead to the low level of logistics industry.And the Iow level of logistics industry,the increased distribution costs and price of additional commodities are not conducive to the steady development of the economic benefits of fresh agricultural products in Henan Province.Therefore,the establishment of standardized and scientific logistics center is an effective way to solve these problems.This thesis takes Henan Province as the research area,and selects vegetables,fruits,aquatic products,meat,egg and milk as research objects.On the basis of theory,it summarizes the research progress in the field of fresh agricultural products logistics at home and abroad,and defines and describes the related concepts of the fresh agricultural products logistics center.Besides,it analyzes the geographical location of Henan Province,the supply capacity of fresh agricultural products,the transportation system and the development status of fresh agricultural products logistics.Through the analysis of the site selection factors,the evaluation index system of fresh agricultural product logistics center in Henan Province is further clarified.This system consists of 7 parts,including regional economic development level,fresh agricultural product flow,logistics cost,infrastructure,human resources,services level and preferential policies.Among them,the supply quantity of fresh agricultural products is predicted by the gray GM(1,1)model and the logistics cost is calculated by the center of gravity method.Under the principles of economic feasibility,traffic convenience and quality optimization,the entropy Weight-TOPSIS method is used to establish the logistics center location model,to select the best location from 18 prefecture-level cities,and draw the spatial layout of the three-level fresh agricultural product logistics network based on the site selection results and administrative divisions.Finally,on the basis of the research on site selection,the slpporting measures have been proposed for promoting the location of logistics center for fresh agricultural products to provide reference programs and suggestions for decision-making departments of Henan Provincial governments at all levels in terms of logistics location.
