China's logistics and express enterprises are experiencing a period of rapid development.As a once-dominant state-owned express industry,China post,with the rapid rise of four links and one access,has seen its market share in the express industry drop sharply.In November 2018,China post group corporation,in order to accelerate the reform of group parcel express business,integrated the parcel express department and delivery department of the postal company with China post logistics express co.,LTD.,and established the delivery division to solve the existing situation of two sets of staff,two delivery networks,waste of resources and internal competition.X postal in reform transition period at present,the performance management system as an important means of implementing enterprise strategy goal,along with the advancement of reform,then optimize the performance management system is necessary,and the original performance management system is not perfect,so in order to be able to enterprise reform and development,effective support of enterprise management,perfect the performance management system is imperative.First,this paper introduces the meaning of performance,the concept of performance management and performance management tools.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to this unit staff performance management for sampling,according to the survey,describing X postal company performance management present situation and problems,based on the thorough analysis,combined with the balanced scorecard and KPI to design refers to the index system,using the 360° performance evaluation method of design performance appraisal way.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the performance management system of X post company and the improvement direction in the future.Through the research of this paper,the actual situation of X post company is taken as an example to better understand the role of performance management.Through this study,the system can optimize the performance management system of X post company,improve the quality of enterprise management,and provide help or reference for the management of postal enterprises in other cities.
