With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the traditional factors of production can no longer meet the sustainable development of enterprises.The importance of intangible capital represented by knowledge is gradually recognized and paid attention by enterprises.With a plentiful and comprehensive knowledge system and a fast-moving talent mechanism,companies can effectively utilize internal expertise and technology to give full play to the role of human capital and other intellectual capital in corporate innovation.However,there is still a certain gap between China's current level of innovation and developed countries.As an innovation subject,enterprises need to mobilize all aspects of resource advantages and acquire core elements of innovation under the existing environmental system,so as to obtain core competitive advantages to achieve sustainable development.Human capital,as the first element of enterprise production,can directly affect the core competitiveness of enterprises,especially those with high knowledge and high skills.Therefore,this thesis studies the influence mechanism of heterogeneous human capital on enterprise innovation,classifies the influence of different types of human capital on enterprise innovation,selects the path of improving human capital level,promotes the output of enterprise innovation,and helps enterprises obtain core Competitive advantage has important reference significance.Based on resource-based theory,human capital theory and enterprise innovation theory,this thesis systematically analyzes the relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars on human capital and enterprise innovation.Based on the role of human capital in enterprises,the human capital is divided into three types: employee human capital,technical human capital and executive human capital.The focus is on the influence of different characteristics of senior management human capital on enterprise innovation,and then puts forward research hypotheses and then listed on the GEM.The panel data of the company for the five years from 2013 to 2017 is a research sample,and multiple regressions are carried out for the proposed hypothesis and the robustness test is carried out.The empirical results show that employee human capital,technical human capital and senior management human capital can significantly affect the innovation level of enterprises.The higher the education level of employees,the more technical personnel in the enterprise,the more they can promote the innovation of production.Out.In the study of executive human capital,it found that male executives are more inclined to adopt innovative behaviors.Young executives are more willing to take on innovation risks than senior executives.Technical background executives and highly educated executives conduct Innovation activities are more frequent,and executives' salary levels can also influence their motivation to innovate.According to the research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the following four suggestions: First,improve the overall quality of employees and optimize the structure of human capital;Second,focus on the cultivation of technical talents and build core technical backbones;Third,optimize the structure of senior management team and strengthen the construction of senior management echelons;Last but not least,improve the efficiency of innovation output and accelerate the transformation of innovation results.In an era of unprecedented competition in the era of competition,enterprises make full use of existing resources,rely on their own advantages,improve their independent research and development capabilities,and accelerate the output of innovation results,thus achieving sustainable development of enterprises.
