An Study On Property Right Transfer Of Ancient Residential Houses In Huangshan City

As we all know,the ancient folk houses in our country have a large volume,many points and long lines,which have high cultural value and profound aesthetic taste.Huangshan ancient residence in Anhui Province is one of the outstanding representatives,has been concerned by all walks of life.However,in recent years,ancient houses encountered some bottlenecks in the transfer of property rights,resulting in the ancient houses can not be protected in time,resulting in destruction.From this,let us see more clearly the importance and urgency of the protection of ancient dwellings.From the content point of view,this article can be roughly divided into three parts: introduction,text,and conclusion.Its structure is as follows:The introduction part mainly summarizes the background,significance,main contents,research methods and ideas of this paper.The text part consists of five chapters.First of all,this part studies the basic theory of the transfer of property rights of ancient dwellings.Secondly,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature,current government news and relevant policies issued by the government,this paper evaluates the basic situation and restrictive factors of the property right circulation of ancient residential buildings in Huangshan City by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The purpose of this paper is to find out the restrictive factors of the circulation of property rights of ancient dwellings in Huangshan City.Thirdly,through literature review,it is found that Suzhou is very typical and representative in the transfer of domestic property rights,and its successful experience is studied and the differences and relations between Suzhou and Huangshan ancient residential property rights circulation are analyzed.Finally,the experience of Suzhou Huangshan,Combined with empirical research,referring to a large number of relevant literature and the actual situation of property right circulation of ancient residential houses in Huangshan City,under the guidance of multi-disciplinary theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the circulation of property rights of ancient residential houses in Huangshan City.The conclusion part is a summary and research prospect of the previous contents.On the whole,this paper innovatively adopts cross-disciplinary and empirical research methods.Taking Huangshan City as an example,the definition,connotation,bottlenecks encountered in the process of property right circulation of ancient folk houses and the solutions to them are combed in detail.In order to promote the circulation of property rights of ancient houses in Huangshan City,some policy suggestions can be used for reference.
