With the development of economy and the progress of industrial civilization,environmental problems have gradually become the focus of attention.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress also clearly put forward the goal of ecological civilization construction.Environmental damage and pollution caused by rapid economic development are increasingly apparent.The cost of ecological environment restoration far exceeds the benefits brought by short-term economic behavior.Environmental pollution and air pollution have seriously affected the physical and mental health of the broad masses of people.Strengthen the pollution control of exhaust gas has become the main work of environmental protection departments.The use of online monitoring system of flue gas can not only monitor the content of pollutants,but also analyze the pollution degree according to the collected information,and implement corresponding management measures,so that pollutants can be discharged after meeting the standards,which is conducive to improving air quality.Based on the theory of marketing management,through the understanding of the marketing status of Mandrake's smoke online monitoring system,this paper bases on the analysis of the market prospect of the smoke online monitoring system,and applies the five-force Porter model to analyze the marketing environment of Mandrake's smoke online monitoring system.Based on the original data provided by Mandrake's Marketing Department and Finance Department,this paper analyses the problems existing in Mandrake's marketing strategy of smoke online monitoring system from the aspects of product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and the causes of marketing strategy problems.This paper clarifies the guiding ideology of improving the company's marketing strategy,combines the company's actual marketing situation,target market and marketing target,and uses marketing 4P theory to put forward the improvement countermeasures of Mandrake's smoke online monitoring system marketing strategy from product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.And it puts forward the safeguard measures of marketing strategy from the four aspects of organizational structure,marketing team building,system building and information communication mechanism,which has practical guiding significance for the improvement of Mandrake's marketing strategy.
