In the past,most studies on trust used traditional psychological research methods such as questionnaire,observation,experimental and interview methods,and mostly stayed at the individual or organizational level.This study tries to introduce the social network analysis method to explore the psychological mechanism of multi-team trust network.This study focuses on the structure of multi-team trust network.First,this study identified the specific cases of emergencies in this paper.Secondly,qualitative analysis was used to interview 14 main participants in Liuqi incident,use NVIVO software to process interview data and conduct three-level coding,and build an emergency multi-team trust network structure.Finally,the questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the data of emergency multi-team trust network and team performance,and UCINET software was used to process and visually analyze the questionnaire results,thus obtaining the trust network density,dot centrality,reciprocity index,reciprocity index,harmonic index and cohesive subgroup and the trust network map.Then,QAP trust network correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between trust network and team performance.The study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)due to the complexity and emergency of liuqi incident,SB company needs to form a multi-emergency team according to the team functions and task needs to deal with the emergency.(2)The trust network structure of the emergency multi-teams consists of six indicators: the density of the trust network,point centrality,reciprocity index,transitivity index and cohesive subgroup.(3)The trust network structure of the emergency multi-team is relatively stable.In each emergency team,the team C leads the Liuqi incident,belongs to the core team in the trust network and occupies a favorable position,with the highest performance level.However,team G has less rights in the trust network,less trust connection with other teams,a bad position,and the lowest performance level.(4)Trust network structure is significantly and positively correlated with team performance.
