Study On Hanwang's Amoeba Management Model And Scientific Decision Making Mechanism

Amoeba Management Model has becoming very famous in China's business administration area,because of its successful stories of helping two companies grow into Top 500 and saving Japan Airlines from bankruptcy.However,there is not so much literature regarding this model in the academia,not to mention the profound studies on the preconditions of introducing this model.Hanwang Technology is a typical company in China's Information Technology field.During the industry transformation into mobile internet,it encountered three successive years' huge loss and began to implement Amoeba Management Model from the end of 2013,and finally succeeded.This dissertation studies the implementation process,and adopted the scientific decision making mechanism among many successful achievements for deep analysis.Firstly,this dissertation objectively analyzes the underlying economic roots,core concepts,fundamentals and scope of applicable enterprises of the model.Then,it introduces the company and business situation,analyzes the existing problems,elaborates the the fundamental work done before the reform,the actions taken during the reform and the final results.In the end,according to the achievements of this new model,this dissertation concludes the the scientific decision making mechanism model.This dissertation analyzes the inherent scientific logic of Hanwang's decision making mechanism under Amoeba Management Model from four perspectives:decision making power conferring and retrieving mechanism,decision making procedure,decision maker responsibility-right-benifit mechanism and decision making model.Through case study and logic deduction,this dissertation concludes:firstly,those enterprises that have business complexity,need to react quickly to market needs and have already had the fundamental conditions,are suitable for introducing in Amoeba Management Model;secondly,the decision making mechanism under Amoeba Management Model is scientific.It can help specific enterprises promote decision making efficiency and correctness,and enhance their decision execution.The innovation points include:Firstly,it takes a rational view on Amoeba Management Model.When introducing its advantages,this dissertation also analyzes the fundamentals and scope of applicable enterprises.Secondly,this dissertation provides with many concrete details,which makes the business administrators easy to operate.Thirdly,this dissertation argues the scientific nature of the decision making mechanism under Amoeba Management Model,which fills the gap in the academia.
