The preliminary establishment and continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system have brought about the rapid development of China's economy,and China's economic situation is increasingly open and full of vitality.As a financial industry supporting the development of China's market economy,it plays a vital role in the development of China's economy and has great influence on the economy.As a product of socialist market economy,after years of development and innovation.and relying on modern banking management system,commercial banks have made rapid development in the overall scale and number of banks.With the continuous innovation of Internet and mobile terminal technology,commercial banks have also ushered in more and lore Internet financial products.Customers'needs are no longer simply limited to the traditional business of deposit and withdrawal,but more require professional financing,financial management and other needs,which requires banks to create a full-functional network for customers.In this form,major commercial banks need compound talents with comprehensive financial knowledge,professional skills and experience.How to carry out effective talent management and training,and provide complex talents for network outlets,has gradually become the core issue of modern bank management under the new situation,and is a key breakthrough in the implementation of strategic objectives.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background and significance of this topic,and studies a large number of domestic and foreign research results,and summarizes the current research situation of the predecessors.Secondly,through the study of the concept and characteristics of the compound talent training systm of commercial banks,on the basis of actual research,combining with the business,organizational structure and personnel status of commercial banks,it makes use of SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current situation and demand of compound talents cultivation in commercial banks,and to build a system of conpound talents cultivation in commercial banks on the basis of work analysis.At the same time,expert interview method is used to determine the evaluation index of compound talents in commercial banks,and AHP is used to determine the index weight and the evaluation conmittee score weight,and uniform treatment is adopted.'I he interpolation method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to process the data and improve the training system of compound talents.In order to ensure the implementation of the training system of compound talents,the management status of commercial banks is comprehensively considered,and the guarantee measures of post sequence,promotion channel,incentive mechanism and reserve talents mechanism are matched to ensure that the expected effect is reflected.Finally,through typical businessmen.The case study of the Industrial Bank provides corresponding optimization suggestions for the existing problems,and assists the Human Resources Department to organize and cairy out the evaluation of compound talents training.The data are used for model calculation and analysis to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the compound talents training system of commercial banks.
