As China’s economy enters a new era,the transformation and upgrading of economic structure forces enterprises to transform,and high-quality applied talents have become an important force to assist enterprises in their transformation and upgrading.As the demand for applied talents in enterprises gradually increases,there is a disconnect between market demand and talent cultivation,resulting in a contradiction between supply and demand.For enterprises,on the one hand,the job market cannot provide suitable talents,and on the other hand,the recruitment cost is increasing year by year.For graduates,their majors are not aligned and employment is difficult.How to fill the gap of applied talents in enterprises and make college graduates more suitable has become a prominent practical problem.In view of this,this article is based on the research of DK enterprise’s application-oriented talent order training mode,analyzing the application scenarios and practical application value of the order-oriented talent training mode,exploring the problems of the application-oriented talent order training mode,analyzing the causes of the problems,and proposing effective solutions.It provides reference and reference for deepening school enterprise cooperation and promoting order-oriented talent training.Research has found that:(1)The order based talent training model can effectively alleviate the contradiction between talent supply and demand.On the one hand,it has helped universities solve the employment problem of graduates,while integrating talent cultivation resources,attracting social enterprises to invest in talent cultivation in universities.On the other hand,order-based talent cultivation also solves the demand for customized talents in enterprises,which not only meets the talent needs that are suitable for enterprise development,but also provides a way for enterprises to reserve talents.(2)The short-term cost of order based talent cultivation in DK Company is relatively high,even higher than the recruitment cost.However,in the long run,DK Company will face pressure from human resources in the future,so it needs to establish talent channels with various universities and pursue long-term development.(3)DK Company has established a relatively mature talent cultivation system by conducting order based talent cultivation.It has reached cooperation with 17 universities such as the University of Science and Technology of China and Chaohu University,and has achieved certain results in the establishment of order classes,laboratory and internship training bases,laying a foundation for DK Company’s future development.(4)DK Company’s order based talent cultivation model still faces four problems: talent cultivation goals cannot fully meet market demand,management mechanisms have not achieved "dual subject" collaboration,internal collaboration between schools and enterprises is decoupled,and daily assessment and final assessment are separated.In response to the problem,optimization strategies are proposed from four aspects: improving talent cultivation plans,improving the management efficiency of order-based classes,optimizing the teacher-student assessment mechanism,and enhancing students’ job adaptability,providing reference for deepening order-based talent cultivation.
