Research On Evaluation Of Sustainable Growth Ability Of Forest Products Processing Enterprises

Since the beginning of the fight against poverty in China,the various industries have been developing well.As the China's leading industry,forest products processing industry bears the important task of our country's forest products supply.In the context of development,the scale of China's forest products processing enterprises is expanding constantly,but there are also some problems that restrict the further development of forest products processing enterprises,which puts forward the issue of sustainable growth of China's forest products processing enterprises.The sustainable growth ability of forest products processing enterprises is the source of sustainable competitive advantage of forest products processing enterprises.The improvement of the sustainable growth ability of forest products processing enterprises is the goal that forest products processing enterprises pursue persistently.The stronger the sustainable growth ability is,the stronger the vitality of forest products processing enterprises will be;whereas the weaker of vitality of forest products processing enterprises is,the shorter life span will be.Based on the literature on the development status and countermeasures of forest products processing enterprises,this paper analyzes the status quo of forest products processing enterprises in China,combines the research on sustainable growth theory of enterprises,and adopts the questionnaire survey method according to the selection principle of evaluation indicators.Combined with the inductive deduction method,26 evaluation indicators are selected to construct an evaluation index system.This paper comprehensively introduces various methods for evaluating the sustainable growth ability of enterprises.According to the comparative advantage,the analytic hierarchy process is finally selected to construct the sustainable growth ability evaluation system of forest products processing enterprises,and the selected evaluation enterprise can be used for the selected sample enterprises.The ability to sustain growth is evaluated.The focus of this research is on the construction of an evaluation system for the sustainable growth of forest products processing enterprises.This research evaluation index system selects the sustainable growth ability of forest products processing enterprises as the evaluation target layer;selects the resource reserve capacity,operation ability and innovation ability of forest products processing enterprises as the evaluation level;9 indicators were selected as the discriminating layers of the evaluation,which are the human resources,financial resources,market resources,production capacity,sales capacity,capital operation capability,technological innovation capability,management innovation capability and organizational innovation capability of the forest product processing enterprises;The selection of indicators,such as scientific,relatively comprehensive,dynamic and static,and operability,selected 26 factor indicators.Finally,taking the listed companies of 20 forest products processing enterprises as examples,the empirical analysis is carried out.According to the results of empirical analysis,the sustainable development of forest products processing enterprises in China is proposed from the aspects of resource reserve,operation and innovation of forest products processing enterprises.
