| With the rapid development of the Internet and big data,e-commerce has made a great progress.The traditional retail industry has been influenced by e-commerce.In this complex environment,enterprises in the traditional retail industry realized that they must adapt to the general trend of social and economic development if they want to survive for a long time.Because the 020 e-commerce model combines the advantages of offline retailers' services with online sales platforms,the retail enterprises have an opportunity to transform to the 020 e-commerce model.Financial risk is inevitable in the process of retail enterprises' transformation.Therefore,it is important for enterprises to effectively identify and take control measures on financial risks.That can make retail enterprises transform to 020 e-commerce successfully.Especially in the initial stage of enterprises' transformation,the market environment is complex and financial risk control is crucial.This thesis chooses the transformation of 020 e-commerce model of S enterprise as an example.Firstly,this thesis summarize the relevant theories about financial risks,including the characteristics and classification of financial risks.Secondly,it introduces the specific process of S enterprise's transformation to 020 e-commerce model and compares and analyzes the financial risks before and after the transition.Thirdly,the financial risks' evaluation index is determined according to the S enterprise's own situation and external influence factors.It uses AHP to determine the weight of each index.And it Establishes S Enterprise' Financial Risk Evaluation Matrix by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.It is concluded that the financial risk of S enterprise is higher during the transformation to 020 e-commerce model.Finally,it proposes targeted risk control measures based on the financing risks,investment risks and capital operation risks of S enterprise.And it establishes financial risk emergency plan of S enterprise. |
