Investigation And Development Evaluation Of Agricultural Heritage Tourism Resources In Zhangjiajie City

The No.1 central government documents for five consecutive years from 2015 to2019 called for attention to development of rural areas and agriculture.Tourism in Zhangjiajie develops rapidly,however,it is currently mainly based on exploitation of natural tourism resources.The development of agricultural heritage tourism resources adds new attraction to rural tourism development,which is an important move to achieve rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.At present,the classification of agricultural heritage tourism resources in Zhangjiajie is not clear,which affects the development of agricultural heritage tourism.This manuscript investigated the agricultural heritage tourism resources and the exploit value evaluation in Zhangjiajie.Firstly,we used field investigation methodology to collect the agricultural heritage and tourism resources of two districts and two counties in Zhangjiajie.Secondly,experts were invited to grade the survey resources according to Classification,Survey and Evaluation of Tourism Resources issued by the National Tourism Administration.Then,through literature review,the evaluation index of the exploit value of Zhangjiajie's agricultural heritage tourism resources was selected,and the evaluation index system of the exploit value of Zhangjiajie's agricultural heritage tourism resources was determined by the method of expert scoring.The factor analysis method were used to determine the index weight to construct the exploit value evaluation model of Zhangjiajie's agricultural heritage tourism resources.According to the research,there are 183 kinds of agricultural heritage tourism resources in the two districts and two counties in Zhangjiajie,including 162 kinds in Sangzhi,99 kinds in Cili,74 kinds in Wulingyuan,and 49 kinds in Yongding.In Zhangjiajie,there are 10 agricultural heritage tourism resources in grade 5,39 in grade 4,20 in grade 3,45 in grade 2 and 69 in grade 1.This paper constructs the value evaluation system of Zhangjiajie's agricultural heritage tourism resources development.This index system consists of 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 29third-level indicators.Based on the evaluation model of Zhangjiajie's agricultural heritage tourism resources,this paper evaluates the exploit value of 10 five-level agricultural heritage tourism resources in Zhangjiajie,and concludes that 7 of them are in a good exploit value evaluation level,two of them are located in the general exploit value evaluation level.Through the investigation and development evaluation of agricultural heritage tourism resources in Zhangjiajie,in theory,it improves the development and evaluation system of agricultural heritage tourism resources,enriches the theory of sustainable development of rural tourism and the types of rural tourism resources.In reality,it enriches Zhangjiajie's tourism resources and adds new highlights of Zhangjiajie'stourism.It's conducive to the development of Zhangjiajie's tourism industry.It provides a new development direction for Zhangjiajie's tourism poverty alleviation and will promote the solution of problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Zhangjiajie.
