Evaluation Ofpoverty Reduction Effect Of Enterprise Participation In Rural Tourism Development

Rural tourism is an important force in developing rural economy,improving rural living environment and optimizing the industrial distribution in rural areas.It plays an obvious role in economic development in rural areas and poverty alleviation of the poor.Enterprises are the main body of rural tourism development,which can bring new industries to poor areas,bring vitality to rural tourism development and promote the further development of rural economy.Some domestic studies have proved that the participation of enterprises in rural tourism development can effectively promote the poverty alleviation and prosperity of the population in poverty-stricken areas.In order to further explore the impact of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development on poverty-stricken areas and take effective measures in time,this paper takes X,M and H companies involved in rural tourism development as the research objects,and takes enterprise participation as the breakthrough point and through relevant measures.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire,structural equation model empirical analysis and multi-case comparison,this paper investigates and counts the cognitive attitudes of poor households towards enterprises' participation in tourism development,and further studies the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development.This paper conducts systematic and in-depth research on the mechanism of enterprises participating in rural tourism development and poverty alleviation,including the analysis of the dynamic mechanism of enterprises participating in rural tourism development,poverty alleviation,poverty reduction and influencing factors.The poverty alleviation mechanism of enterprises participating in rural tourism development mainly covers government policy support,resource advantages,enterprise development and market opportunities,which are important driving forces for enterprises to participate in rural tourism development;enterprises have improved rural tourism operation level and integrated tourism resources.Significant advantage;enterprises mainly promote the economic development of poverty-stricken areas by improving farmers' living standards and comprehensive quality.Enterprise strength,business operation mode,regional environment and interest linkage mechanism are important factors influencing the participation of enterprises in rural tourism development.In order to further study the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development,this paper adopts the method of constructing the evaluationsystem of poverty reduction effect,and evaluates the poverty reduction effect of X company,M company and H company's participation in rural tourism development from the perspectives of farmers and countryside,respectively.The results show that:(1)The poverty reduction effect of X company is better than that of M company.As a result,the poverty reduction effect of M company is better than that of H company.(2)For the three enterprises,farmers' employment,entrepreneurship,income level,comprehensive quality,rural economy and development environment have a significant positive impact on the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development.In order to understand the mechanism of the factors that influence the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development,this paper extracts the influencing factors by coding the case data of X Company,M Company and H Company,and explores the influence path of the factors that influence the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development through multi-case comparison.The research finds that:(1)the influence of enterprise strength The scale of enterprises' participation in poverty reduction in rural tourism development.(2)The operation mode of enterprises affects the overall benefit of rural economy.(3)Regional environmental impact on the development basis of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development.(4)Interest linkage mechanism affects the poverty reduction effect of industrial development.In order to improve the poverty reduction effect of enterprises' participation in rural tourism development,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures on the basis of exploring the relevant factors:(1)Enhancing the strength of enterprises by actively absorbing excellent tourism professionals,building distinctive brands and cooperating with foreign countries.(2)Optimize the operation mode by actively striving for the participation of local specialized cooperatives and forming the mode of "tourism+ characteristic industries".(3)The government optimizes the regional environment by providing economic and professional support and integrating local characteristic resources.(4)Optimize the benefit linkage mechanism by letting farmers directly participate in the industrialized operation of tourism industry,supporting local farmers to establish farmhouse entertainment,sharing business profits with poor households by means of dividends,and establishing special training mechanism.
