Study On Sustainable Poverty-reduction Effect Of Rural Tourism Anti-poverty Models

The development of rural tourism is an important way for China to get rid of poverty and get rich.In recent years,governments at all levels have promoted poverty alleviation through the development of rural tourism.However,how to evaluate it,how to evaluate poverty in different rural tourism poverty alleviation models and its causes need to be further explored.Based on the sustainable livelihood framework established by DFID,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the sustainable poverty reduction effect of rural tourism poverty alleviation model,dissects the mechanism of rural tourism development on the livelihood of farmers,and analyzes the tourism poverty alleviation model and sustainable poverty reduction effects of different participants.The relationship between the two uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system for the sustainable poverty reduction effect of rural tourism.Two typical tourist poverty-stricken villages in Taining County,Sanming City,Fujian Province were selected as research points.Questionnaire surveys were conducted among farmers and village committees.The main differences in sustainable poverty reduction effects of different rural tourism poverty alleviation models were compared and analyzed.Poverty alleviation problems,and put forward the poverty reduction effect improvement strategy,hope to provide a reference for the scientific,systematic and quantitative evaluation of tourism sustainable poverty reduction effects,and rationally choose tourism poverty alleviation model,enhance sustainable poverty reduction effect and other villages in Taining County The development of tourism poverty alleviation model plays a certain role in reference.The main conclusions are as follows:(I)Main differences:(1)Under the “Government + Enterprise + Rural Tourism Association” model,the livelihood environment,human capital,financial capital and social capital poverty alleviation effects are significantly greater than “government + enterprise + farmers” Poverty reduction effect under the model.This is the main effect of the poverty alleviation model involving the main body of rural professional collective organizations.(2)For material capital,the poverty reduction effect under the “government + enterprise + farmer” model is slightly higher than the poverty reduction effect under the “Government + Enterprise + Rural Tourism Association” model,and there is no significant difference between the two.This is the main effect of the poverty alleviation model involving the government's main body;(3)for natural capital,no matter what kind of tourism poverty alleviation model has played an active role,it has intensified the poverty of farmers' natural capital.(II)Summarizing the problems in the sustainable development of poverty alleviation in rural tourism: the lack of interest distribution mechanism and the damage of villagers' interests;the development of tourism to deepen the poverty of farmers' natural capital;the lack of comprehensive development of tourism;the low economic benefits of land,The potential of land resources has not been utilized.(III)Proposing the poverty reduction effect improvement strategy of rural tourism poverty alleviation mode optimization,sustainable poverty reduction mechanism optimization and path optimization: the main optimization of rural tourism poverty alleviation model should consider farmers' leadership,and the government guides and explores diversified tourism poverty alleviation mode;The optimization of sustainable poverty reduction mechanisms should establish an education and training mechanism and create a benefit-sharing mechanism for community participation;The optimization of sustainable poverty reduction path should extend the industrial chain,improve farmers' efficiency and deepen the connotation of tourism products,and promote the sustainability of rural tourism poverty reduction.
