A Study On Performance Appraisal Of Agency Accounting Enterprises

Acting bookkeeping industry has a history of more than 20 years since 1993,but there is no unified industry norm in this industry.With the intensification of industry competition and government supervision,the pressure of its survival is increasing gradually.The A-agent bookkeeping company studied in this paper is facing the transformation dilemma.A-agent bookkeeping enterprise is a labor-intensive enterprise with rising labor costs and low market unit price.On the other hand,the management ability of A-agent bookkeeping enterprise is not high,the performance appraisal is imperfect,and it has not played the role of performance appraisal in the enterprise.The planned implementation is combined with the performance of department employees.It can ensure the smooth progress of enterprise development goals.For this reason,this paper takes A Agency Accounting Company as the research object,analyses its current performance appraisal system,finds out problems,and puts forward improvement plans.It is hoped that by optimizing the performance appraisal system of enterprises,the management ability of A Agency Accounting Company will be improved,and the stable development of A Agency Accounting Enterprise will be realized.On the basis of studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,starting from the development trend of agency bookkeeping industry and the operation status of A-agent bookkeeping enterprises,this paper designs performance appraisal indicators according to the characteristics of A-agent bookkeeping enterprises by using the advantages of BSC and KPI,and perfects the performance appraisal system of A-agent bookkeeping enterprises.Accounting enterprises provide practical performance appraisal methods,strengthen the management level of human resources,make A agent accounting enterprises develop healthily and steadily,and hope to provide some reference for the development of performance appraisal of other agent accounting enterprises.
