Along with the housing reform in the 1980 s,the real estate development industry began to flourish in Xingtai,and gradually developed into a very important part of the local national economy.In the development process of these decades,many real estate enterprises have developed into small-scale real estate enterprises by expanding their size and creating brands,and occupied a pivotal market position in the region.At the same time,because of the particularity of real estate management and the huge marketing team,the turnover rate of employees is higher than that of enterprises,and the turnover rate of core talents is still high,which is very unfavorable to the stability and development of enterprises.In this context,this paper takes the issue of core staff turnover of S Real Estate Company as the research object,investigates and summarizes many adverse effects brought by the turnover of core staff for enterprises and various influencing factors that cause the continuous turnover of core staff.Finally,it puts forward targeted management suggestions for human resources management of S Real Estate Company.Low S real estate company core staff turnover rate,improve the level of human resources management within the company,improve the relevant enterprise management system and promote the stable and healthy development of enterprises have certain practical value and reference significance.This article mainly through to S real estate company core staff turnover present situation,the negative influence and the separation reason carries on the investigation and the analysis,unifies the modern human resources management frontier scientific specialized theory knowledge,thoroughly explores S real estate company human resources management existence flaw and the insufficiency,then according to the enterprise actual situation and the existence actual question has the practical significance.Improving countermeasures and suggestions to keep the turnover rate of core employees below the acceptable level of enterprises,so as to help S real estate company go better and better on the road of sustainable development.
