Research On The Promoting Effect Of Financial Development In Guizhou Counties On Poverty Alleviation

In this paper,the research content for the county financial development in Guizhou have any promoting effect on poverty alleviation.As the nation's deepest poverty in Guizhou province,over the years has been the key object for poverty alleviation.Poor counties as concentrated poverty,so this article will Guizhou national poverty county as the research object.At present,the research results about poverty reduction performance evaluation at home and abroad a lot,but less research on poverty alleviation effect evaluation,and evaluation of poverty alleviation is normally economic indicators as a research focus,but in fact the social development level is deciding the success or failure of poverty alleviation work.In addition,in poverty alleviation,the policy is the guidelines of the poverty alleviation work,so most of the scholars pay attention to the study of government policy,and ignore the study of poverty alleviation effect evaluation.So this article collected 50 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou in 2013-2015 data,set up the direct effect,economic development level,social development level index system of three level indicators of poverty alleviation,using the fuzzy integral method to various counties of poverty alleviation.The empirical results show that 50 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou poverty alleviation fuzzy integral evaluation value were greater than 0.3079.Among them,most of the county poverty alleviation fuzzy integral evaluation value is greater than 0.4.From 2013 to 2015,the poverty alleviation of 50 state-level counties assessment value generally showed a trend of increase,but there are still some county poverty alleviation assessment values decrease phenomenon,show that poverty alleviation in Guizhou has achieved certain success,but the road of poverty alleviation is still a long way to go.In order to study the financial development plays the role in poverty alleviation work,this article will some representative indicators to represent the various counties level of financial development,financial scale,financial efficiency,financial structure and economic rights and income distribution.Collection of 50 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou in 2013-2015,the relevant data,and make a simple calculation by use of Excel.Will be calculated in the previous chapter is poverty alleviation evaluation value as explained variable,financial scale,financial efficiency and financial structure as explanatory variables,economic growth and income distribution as control variables,using panel data model,regression equation is obtained:.Empirical shows that 50 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou financial scale.Firstly,financial efficiency and economic growth and poverty alleviation positively correlated relationship,the income distribution effects are not significant.Secondly,financial scale relative to financial efficiency,promoting effect is more significant for poverty alleviation.
