Research On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Commercial Banks In Huangping County

At the CPC Central Committee's Poverty Alleviation and Development Work Conference held in November 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping specifically mentioned the importance of a precise poverty alleviation system,and issued a directive for poverty alleviation from the height of strategy and overall situation.In the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Winning the Fight against Poverty",many favorable policies for financial support for poverty alleviation and development were also released.Guizhou Province is the province with the largest number of poor people,the most extensive poverty area and the deepest poverty in China.It is an important battlefield for poverty alleviation in China,and Huangping County in Southeast Guizhou is one of the key poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou.Judging from the realistic conditions of implementing financial precision poverty alleviation work,Huangping County Rural Commercial Bank(hereinafter referred to as Huangping Rural Commercial Bank)is characterized by its service to “three rural” and its characteristics in various towns and towns in Huangping County since its establishment.It makes it an indispensable role in the financial precision poverty alleviation work in Huangping County.This paper studies the financial precision poverty alleviation of Huangping Rural Commercial Bank,and provides lessons for other local financial institutions to carry out financial precision poverty alleviation work,which has certain practical significance.This paper first briefly introduces the research background,significance and related concepts and theoretical basis of the research topic.Then,a detailed understanding of the financial precision poverty alleviation profile of Huangping Rural Commercial Bank is given,focusing on its main precision poverty alleviation credit products and its main practices of precision poverty alleviation.Then,the case analysis of Huangping Agricultural Commercial Bank's Gu Yuzhi case was carried out to analyze its advantages,successes and deficiencies in the precise poverty alleviation work.Finally,through the case-by-case,from the optimization of the external environment and self-management,Huangping Rural Commercial Bank can provide more effective strategies for financial precision and poverty alleviation,such as establishing a risk prevention and control mechanism for financial precision poverty alleviation,enriching poverty alleviation credit products and poverty alleviation.Models,strengthening policy support for extremely poor towns and villages,and improving the quality of poor people.
