Case Analysis Of Financial Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Suiyang County, Guizhou

Poverty is one of the problems faced by many countries and governments in the world.Financial poverty alleviation is an important means to solve the poverty problem.,but in the new stage of poverty alleviation work,due to the lack of targeted financial policies and financial services,the actual effect of poverty alleviation is general.Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the concept of precise poverty alleviation in 2013.Since then,precise poverty alleviation has become the ideological guide of the new era of poverty alleviation.When the combination of Finance and precision poverty alleviation,how to play the greatest role of finance,has become a research of many people.Suiyang County,which belongs to Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,is located in the northern part of Guizhou Province.The poor population in rural areas is relatively high.At the beginning of 2018,the incidence of poverty-stricken villages was 11.12%,and the poor population was 20,648.Although the government and other departments have made great efforts in financial precision poverty alleviation,the task of overcoming poverty is onerous as usual.Therefore,this paper takes Suiyang County as the object of study,on the basis of studying the theory and practice of financial poverty alleviation at home and abroad,through literature induction,on-the-spot investigation and quantitative and qualitative analysis and other methods to study the problem of financial precision poverty alleviation in Suiyang County.In the survey,hundreds of questionnaires were distributed,local residents were visited on the spot,and some relevant financial data were collected.For the object of study,the main ways of poverty alleviation in Suiyang County are introduced firstly,including industrial poverty alleviation,transfer of employment poverty alleviation,relocation poverty alleviation in different places and undercover poverty alleviation;secondly,the current situation of financial precise poverty alleviation in Suiyang County is introduced,including the types and quantity of financial institutions,the main mode of financial precise poverty alleviation,preferential loans and "Suiyi loans" and policy-based agricultural insurance.Thirdly,it points out the problems existing in the poverty-stricken population,local government and financial system of Suiyang County.Fourthly,it uses DEA model to analyze the efficiency of financial precision poverty alleviation in Suiyang County.At last,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions in the following aspects: first,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the poor people to get rid of poverty;second,in the local government,we should constantly improve the poverty alleviation mechanism,resolutely implement various poverty alleviation policies,and establish a policy feedback mechanism;In terms of local financial institutions and financial markets,more financial poverty alleviation products should be developed,the risk sharing mechanism of financial poverty alleviation should be improved,and the rural financial ecological environment should be constantly improved.This article hopes to provide some valuable references for Suiyang county's financial precision poverty alleviation.
