A Study On The Performance Of New Agricultural Insurance From Different Perspectives Of The Elderly And Their Children

Along with our country entering the fast aging society,the pressure of the aged in the countryside is rising,and the quality of the aged in the countryside is getting worse day by day.The new rural social old-age insurance policy has been implemented since 2009,aimed at alleviating the pressure on the elderly in rural areas,improving the quality of old-age support,improving the living standards of the elderly,and reducing the burden on the elderly in rural areas at the same time.Relieve the pressure of children's pension.In this paper,we mainly use the(CHARLS)data of China Endowment and Health follow-up survey,and make quantitative analysis by using SPSS,STATA and other metrology software.The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of the new rural security policy on the improvement of the living standard of the elderly in rural areas and whether to reduce the pressure on the aged children of the rural families from different perspectives in order to understand the effect of the implementation of the new rural security policy.This paper finds that the new agricultural insurance policy can significantly improve the consumption level of the elderly and improve the economic status of the elderly,but it does not improve the physical health status of the elderly,and has a negative impact on the mental health of the elderly.At the same time,through empirical evidence The analysis of intergenerational support and care services shows that the new rural insurance policy can not relieve the pressure on children's pension,but only reduce the frequency of child care services,but increase the pressure of inter-generational support for children.In order to improve the new agricultural insurance system,on the one hand,we need to reform the policy,improve the security level of the new agricultural insurance policy,improve the quality of the elderly;On the other hand,we should actively promote the system construction of the new agricultural insurance policy,and promote the guarantee to be more comprehensive and effective.
